North Yorkshire Calligraphers

Welcome to North Yorkshire Calligraphers Website.

North Yorkshire Calligraphers is a group of about 25 people with an interest in calligraphy. We meet monthly near Yarm-on-Tees and most members come from the North Yorkshire and Teesside area. For visitors new to calligraphy, there's an introduction on our About Calligraphy page.

Our members range in age and calligraphic interests and abilities and we welcome new members. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit our Membership page for more details. You don't need to be an experienced calligrapher to join the group.

Every 2 years we hold an exhibition in the area. The last one was in 2006 at the Dorman Museum in Middlesbrough, and the next one will be in September / October 2008, again at the Dorman Museum. Events are listed in our What's On page.
